10mL Liquid Culture: Pleurotus pulmonarius var. Pacific City Scotchbroom Oyster

For sale here is a 10mL liquid culture. I cloned wild specimens I found growing on scotchbroom in Pacific City, Oregon. I've grown out one generation since then so these genetics are much closer to wild and are unrefined. I encourage you to use this wide genetic pool and grow out subsequent generations and shape them into your own personal variety.

The fruits I've been getting are beefier and thicker than most oysters I run and they taste more like fish. The texture has been closer to shiitake than say, pearl or blue oysters. They are really very good.
