Fresh Mushrooms
Greetings! Thank you for your interest. We are accepting new clients in Oregon for fresh gourmet mushrooms.
I've shifted gears and will now be growing a different variety of mushrooms. I clone and grow native species and I will be focusing more on them. I will continue to grow Lion's Mane and will be adding the following:
Shaggy Mane, Inky Caps, and Portobello foraged here in Salem-Keizer. I'm also currently growing Tillamook Bay oysters and Keizer oysters. These genetics taste much better than the commercialized mushrooms you find in the store that largely taste like the cardboard they are stored in.
I also sell seasonal wild foraged mushrooms like matsutake, lobsters, porcini, chicken of the woods, chanterelles, wild portobello and more!
I am located in Salem-Keizer and can do free deliveries to local residents. I forage in Tillamook County a lot and spend time in Grand Ronde every Sunday and would be happy to deliver them to your door or arrange local pickup in a public setting.
I also fulfill custom orders for 15lb colonized blocks so that you can enjoy the fruiting process and harvest them the moment they're ready.
