For sale here is a half pint 8oz jar filled with homemade jam. The jam contains wild-foraged blackberries, wild-foraged blue elderberries and organically farmed black elderberries. Please see photos for the berries this jam was made from. It was made and canned at the end of August 2024 and should be used within one year. It is low sugar, pesticide-free and organic.
The jam contains low amounts of lemon juice to make it shelf-stable.
I take great pride in the berries I collect or grow and use only the best. I have to eat this myself if it doesn't sell so I don't mess around. Your satisfaction and safety is my priority. This jam is best if used within one year.
