For sale here is 1oz of Oregon foraged Amanita mushrooms. They were foraged on the Oregon coast and in the Oregon Valley in Fall and Winter 2024.
This group of fungi have undergone a taxonomic change the last few years. They are formerly known as Amanita muscaria. The North American Toadstool is now referred to as Amanita chrysoblema.
There are red, yellow, and yellow-orange variants which will likely be classified as their own species once enough DNA testing is done.
But of course, it is the same mushroom we have always known and loved.
"Not for human consumption."
