For sale here are dried / dehydrated apple slices. They are a feral variety found on private property near an old-timey pioneer area on the Willamette River.
I use the dried slices in my oatmeal, or I add sugar and cinnamon for portable snacks while hiking (just add boiling water).
I only keep the best of the best and am very liberal with throwing away bad parts. After all, I'm stuck eating them if they don't sell, and I want you to be happy with all of the products I provide.
These are great in granola, oatmeal or baked goods. You can also just eat them straight up. I feel their texture and flavor far outweighs any "loss" of sweetness when compared to grocery store apples, which I think feel and taste like wet cork candy or something.
They are, of course, pesticide free, and were found growing above the flood line of the river.
